Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your security, card companies only allow us to ship to the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card.

Layaway

Our layaway plan is ¹⁄₃ down followed by a payment of ¹⁄₃ the next month with a final ¹⁄₃ payment in 60 days. If you need additional time for a large purchase, please let us know, we will try to accommodate you.

Shipping

For Jewelry purchases, shipping and insurance for packages sent to addresses inside the United States is gratis. We ship Federal Express overnight or second day, insured, Adult Signature Required. For shipping overseas, ask for a quote, it must be insured and generally is via FedEx, Postal service or DHL.

Objets, Art and Furniture will be shipped on a case by case by case basis please request a quote. Smaller items may also be gratis, please check the listing. The cost of shipping outside the United States is not included in the price.

If you wish to specify NEXT DAY or Overnight Express Service, we would be happy to accommodate you, there may be an upcharge. If you are purchasing by credit card, we are required by the credit card company to ship to only the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card.

Return policy: online purchases

Any piece purchased online can be returned for a period of seven days (from date of delivery). The piece must be returned in original condition. Items that have been modified or worked on by your jewelers are not returnable.

Returns after the grace period of seven days may be allowed solely at our discretion and may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If you have had us modify or customize an item, or you have modified an item, it is not returnable. Ring that are sized by us are the exception to this rule.

Purchase may be exchanged for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.

Provisos

All gemstones are examined by an expert, a gemologist, or both. All metals are tested for content. Unless otherwise stated, diamonds are examined in the settings, hence the color and clarityh grading while done to hte GIA standard is approximate, Additionally, most gem weights, as determined by measurement in the settings, are also approximate. These approximations represent our expert's best, most accurate determinations. It will be stated when stones have Laboratory reports or examined out of the settings.

Colored stones, such as corundum or aquamarine, which are commonly and historically subjected to heat treatment, are assumed to have had this stable normal treatment. Statements of age, authenticity, classificationn of decorative period, or identification of country of origin are made using our library, by consulting other experts, and according to our extensive experience. These statemants represent informed opinions.
