Circa 1960s, by Val St. Lambert, Belgium. This is one the most coveted of all modernist glasses. Intended as a water glass, today these "State Plain" pattern goblets find more usage as wine goblets. This Val Saint Lambert design is perfectly balanced, deliciously heavy in the hand, and visually pleasing, while conspicuously modern. Excellent condition.
