Established in Milan in the late sixties, Pomellato's approach to jewelry design intertwines the essence of Medieval and Renaissance motifs with the verve of contemporary Italian fashion. This 16.5-inch long necklace has a modernist feel, softened by Old World handwork. Its diamond-set catch is both functional and decorative, very much in the Pomellato style of design, form follows function, follows form.
