Circa 1890s, 18k, American.  This gorgeous antique ring is set with a vibrant cornflower-blue 3.0 carat No-Heat, Ceylon sapphire surrounded by .30 carats of brilliant white diamonds. Finely fashioned in eighteen-karat yellow gold, the look is charming and elegant. Excellent condition.
