Circa 1970s, 14k, by Seaman Schepps, marked for Patricia Schepps Vaill, American.   Palm Beach, Nantucket classics, often copied but never replicated, these earrings feature polished Turbot shells framed with gold and lapis. The look is Iconic posh. Excellent condition.
