Inv. #27868
#27868 - Multi Stone Fifties Ring
Price: $2,350.00

Circa 1950s, 18k, possibly H. Stern. This bold retro fifties ring features vibrant tourmaline, citrine, amethyst, garnet, and aquamarine, stones bezel-set and cheerfully scattered on a gold dome. Later known as “Sputnik” rings due to their resemblance to Soviet satellites. This finely made ring will pair with virtually any look and is in very good condition, noted normal and expected wear on stones.

Remarks from Lawrence Jeffrey: “Retro jewelry colorfully accessorized the glamourous fashions of the fifties and sixties; ...think night clubs, think Rita Hayworth, think white sport jackets.”
