Inv. #27959
#27959 - Palliser Brothers Forties Gold Bracelet
Price: $23,500.00

Circa 1940s, 14k, by Palliser Brothers, NYC.  This chic 14k yellow and rose gold bracelet is boldly elegant. It is incredibly wearable, with a smooth, substantial feel, breezily going from heels and jeans to cocktail dresses. Made in the late forties, this type of bracelet is called a mystery bracelet. Mystery bracelets and rings have the optical illusion of ribbon-like motion when turned. Meticulously made by the Palliser Brothers of New York City, it is comfortable and flexible on the wrist. Excellent condition.

Remarks from Lawrence Jeffrey: "This is the most perfect of accessories, the goes-everywhere-with-everything gold bracelet."
