Circa 1983, 18k and Platinum, by Paloma Picasso for Tiffany & Co., New York.  This modernist brooch designed by Paloma Picasso is an understated expression of Tiffany’s love affair with ribbon and heart motifs. Set with bright white diamonds (G color, VS clarity), for extra sparkle it is finely fabricated in 18 karat gold.  Excellent condition.
