Circa 1980s, Aldo Rossi for Rosenthal, Germany. This 12-inch high limited edition lighthouse is a brilliant example of Rosenthal's studio line. Created in the 1950s to showcase contemporary design, the studio line underscores Rosenthal's commitment to decorative accessories, as well as serve ware. Technically, this is a canister. However, it is clearly intended as an effortless splash of color for modern, contemporary, or beach decor. Excellent condition.
