Circa 1920s, 14k, American.  From Georgian beauties to Kate Middleton, these lush sapphire and diamond rings have been on the best-dressed list for centuries. This well turned out example features a superb .78-carat lush blue stone surrounded by .40 carats of rose-cut diamonds. The ring is meticulously made in fourteen-karat yellow gold.  Excellent condition.
