Circa 1960s, 18k, by Cazzaniga, Italy. This exquisitely detailed heart pendant is unlike any other. Handmade by the celebrated Roman firm Cazzaniga, it features striking design, underscored by meticulous fabrication. Adorned with golden flowers, white and rose gold leaves, it is replete with sublime hand-engraving. Fine coral and turquoise are set in the heart, and fine white diamonds add sparkle. Founded in 1929, Cazzaniga’s salon is now by appointment only, continuing to create one-of-a-kind pieces for a select clientele.
