Circa 1880s, 18k. This striking Bishop's ring is set with a gorgeous 30.0 carat amethyst. Its meticulously made eighteen karat yellow gold mounting features fleur-de-lis and a crown of thorns. The look is fashionably gothic and very town and country.  Excellent condition.
