Circa 1960s, 18k, by Meister, Switzerland. This fabulous heavy necklace is beautifully hand-fabricated (woven) in eighteen-karat gold. A spectacular example of the Swiss goldsmith's art, it has the chic understated style they are renowned for. It is extra-long at 20 inches, very comfortable to wear with a satisfying ropey feel, and in excellent condition.
