Circa 1860s, 18k, French. This fine 19th-century French bracelet, with its understated goldwork and ruby-set bloodstone, makes a spectacular au courant statement. Elegantly Napoleon the 3rd, the look is Town and Country chic French style. Glamorous, authentic vintage, it is as in today as it was fashionable 150 years ago. Meticulously fabricated in eighteen-karat gold, the bloodstone is finely figured and the ruby a gorgeous color. Excellent condition.
