Captivating in its elegance, this gorgeous Tiffany & Co. pendant features a 22.0-carat Santa Maria aquamarine, surrounded by 3.0 carats of fine white diamonds (G color and VS clarity). The bale of the pendant is removable and can be replaced by an appliance mounted with a pin stem. Finely crafted in platinum and 18k yellow gold to the highest Tiffany & Co. standard of quality, the look is antique chic at its tasteful and luxurious best. Excellent condition. In our opinion the pin appliance is original and the pendant appliance is a restoration, (we made the tool to change appliances).
