Circa 1930s, St. Louis, France.  These splendid glasses come from Saint-Louis, the oldest and one of the most renowned glassmaking companies in Europe. The gilded “Congress” pattern displays an opulent floral swag, ribbons, and a wonderful lion’s head knocker. The cutting work on the stems is precise and crisp. These rare glasses are in excellent condition.
